Saalim Ismail (born 3rd May 1985), is a South African music artist, certified transformation life coach, philanthropist and creative entrepreneur.

Since starting out at the age of 14 as an entertainer, Saalim gained popularity among his people through winning several talent contests, regular performances in the Western Cape and across South Africa at prestigious events like “Lighting of the Olympic Torch”, he shared the stage with some of the country’s household names such as; Freshly Ground, Danny K, Loyiso Bala, and Heinz Winkler which are but a few to mention, and he has also worked with legends like Vicky Sampson and the late Taliep Petersen and Zayn Adam who praised him for his vocal talent. Saalim is no stranger to the media who has featured him for various musical and philanthropic projects. He has released his debut single entitled ‘Walking Away’ worldwide in 2013, and in September 2020 released a humanitarian anthem written and composed by himself called ‘We Are Survivors (Singabasindileyo)’ featuring various independent artists and creatives.

As a certified transformation life coach, Saalim focuses on the niche of Persona Branding and has developed a program for independent entertainment professionals and young South African entrepreneurs called, The Identity Blueprint.

Throughout his musical journey, charity has always formed part of his career by supporting several organizations such as; CANSA, House of Sally, SA Society of Hope, the Al-Waagah Institute for the deaf and Nosh for Josh which are but a few to mention off this lengthy list.

Saalim is a director of a fully licensed wireless internet business called MEGAMAX Wireless Internet Service Provider and C.E.O of The Saalim Ismail Foundation.

Education has always formed part of Saalim’s upbringing, and to date he graduated at Stellenbosch University for Business Management, Damelin College for Sound and Music Production, and Transformation Academy for Transformation Life Coaching.
